Keep your kids engaged with learning during the summer with Jump Start at The Little White Schoolhouse in Ankeny, Iowa. It is designed to give students a “jump” on the upcoming school year. If you currently have a kindergartener, you would sign them up for the First Grade Jump Start.

What is the Jump Start Summer Program?

Jump Start is a small group summer program for kids entering kindergarten through fifth grade that focuses on reading and math. Students are matched with other students in the same grade and meet weekly with a licensed teacher for math and reading instruction. Jump Start classes fill learning gaps with targeted practice and simple progress reports. There are two class size options: small groups (4 students) and classrooms (up to 10 students). Classes meet once a week for 1 hour.

Who is the Jump Start summer program for?

All students experience a decline in learning over the summer. The 9-week program fits any kind of learner. It provides students with routine and gets them in a classroom environment once a week throughout the summer.

When should you sign up?

Classes are filling up! Sign up today and receive 50 percent off. The program starts the first week of June.
