I recently had a 40 minute H2Glow facial at FACE FOUNDRIÉ in West Des Moines. It has been YEARS since I had a facial, and I wasn’t sure what to expect! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of calm. I would describe the atmosphere as boho chic meets calm and serene. The staff immediately made me feel at ease as I got checked in and enjoyed a complimentary beverage in the cute waiting area.
Facial Experience
I was led to the treatment area where I turned off my phone, took off my shoes, and laid on the table under a weighted blanket. The staff asked if I had any specific concerns or problem areas and I was instructed to take 3 deep breaths while essential oils were sprayed, and relax. The H2Glow facial is a hydradermabrasion delivered via aqua technology that simultaneously infuses super serums and extracts debris leaving you hydrated and glowing. The treatment started with a head and neck massage followed by the facial My favorite part was lying under the weighted blanket and relaxing during the treatment.
When my facial was finished, I was able to ask any questions and got product recommendations. My skin felt incredibly hydrated and refreshed and I was relaxed. I definitely had that post facial glow!
