Get in the holiday spirit with the Iowa Wild during Winter Wonderland weekend!
With tickets starting as low as $18, two fun-filled games are sure to be plenty of excitement for the entire family.
To kick things off on December 22, fans can take photos with Santa on the concourse and let him know what they want for the holidays this year. It’s Friday Night which means there are $2 beers for the adults until the end of the first period. The Wild wives & girlfriends will also be selling mystery pucks on the concourse for $10 each. Profits from the sale will benefit the Salvation Army who will also be on site throughout the entire weekend with their red kettles.
Elf Night
The following night, December 23, the Wild celebrate the 20th anniversary of an all-time classic with Elf Night! The first 1500 fans in the building will receive an ugly sweater-themed scarf courtesy of Scheels and KXnO. Don’t be a Cotton-headed Ninnymuggins, come to the game and check out live music on the concourse during the Coca-Cola Local Concert series courtesy of the Birdchild Duo, or stop by the WildWear store to get your hands on some co-branded Elf merchandise. For the adults, there are 2-for-1 Confluence Beers on sale until puck drop and $3 Saints ‘N’ Sinners cocktails all game long.
Food and Fun
Stop by the brand new Iowa Wild photobooth on the concourse, check out the video game station, and play NHL24 against friends, or challenge someone to a game of bubble hockey! Grab your chuck-a-pucks to win some awesome prizes during the second intermission from places like McDonalds, SpareTime, Chick-fil-A, and more!
First time coming to a Wild game? Visit the “My First Game” table to get your certificate to commemorate your experience! Oh, and keep an eye out for Crash so you can say you got your picture taken with the best mascot in the American Hockey League.
See the Talent
There is no better place to be this holiday season than Wells Fargo Arena cheering on the Wild. This year’s team is highly talented, with many players who will someday be NHL stars which means you can see them now right in your backyard! Did you know the Wild have one of the best prospect pools in all of hockey? Names on the list include some former Minnesota Wild 1st round picks in Jesper Wallstedt and Carson Lambos, plus some familiar fan favorites like captain Dakota Mermis, Adam Beckman, and AHL All-Star Sammy Walker.
