Nicole grew up in Quincy, IL before studying Visual Communications at Iowa State University. After over a decade living in Portland, OR she now calls Waukee home with her husband, two girls and a constantly shedding yellow lab. She is passionate about food and is constantly regretting her dedication to homemade meals when it comes time to wash dishes. When not cleaning, she enjoys gardening and exploring the metro area and beyond.
